Position: Franchisee Delivery Partner – IEZAA Natural Appetiser
Prathya Foods Pvt. Ltd., the manufacturer of IEZAA – Natural Appetiser, invites applications from Franchisee Delivery Partners to manage delivery operations from our depots or branches to the designated retail outlets as per the orders taken by our Sales Executives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To collect the assigned load from the respective depot or branch, along with the invoice in duplicate, and complete the delivery to the prescribed outlets.
- To use a self-owned, fully covered three-wheeler vehicle for delivery of IEZAA – Natural Appetiser.
- To wear the company-issued uniform and cap during all delivery activities.
- To deliver the products to designated outlets, collect the acknowledgement with seal and signature on the invoice, and return the acknowledged copy to the depot or branch.
- To return any undelivered products along with their corresponding invoices to the depot immediately after completion of delivery.
- To record 'Punch In' and kilometer reading through the company’s mobile application at the start of each delivery trip and 'Punch Out' after handing over all balance materials and documents at the depot.
- To mark all deliveries completed and update the stock position of the vehicle in the mobile application in real time.
- Only IEZAA products are to be carried in the vehicle — no other materials are permitted to be loaded or transported.
- To ensure product safety, hygiene, and freshness throughout the delivery process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must own a covered three-wheeler vehicle suitable for beverage delivery.
- Must have a valid driving license and all required vehicle documents.
- Must wear the company-issued uniform and cap during delivery.
- Must possess an Android smartphone to record attendance, kilometer readings, delivery details, and stock positions in the mobile application. (iOS phones are not supported.)
- Should maintain punctuality, discipline, and professionalism at all times.
Remuneration and Incentive
- Delivery Charges: ₹30 (Rupees Thirty only) per kilometer.
- Incentive: Additional 1% of the total value of delivered goods.
- Payment Mode: All settlements will be made through the bank account registered with the company at the time of joining.
